Our Commitment to You
We understand that roofing and exterior projects are a major investment. Our goal is to ensure every client feels confident, informed, and satisfied throughout the entire process.
If at any time you feel the project is not right for you, we provide flexible cancellation and refund options.
3-Day Full Refund Policy (Before Work Begins)
- Clients have three (3) business days from contract signing to cancel their agreement
- If the project has not started, you will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit
- No penalties, no pressure—just a commitment to fairness
Cancellation After 3 Business Days
If cancellation occurs after the initial 3-day period:
- Any materials already purchased will be deducted from the refund
- Any labor, services, or administrative work completed will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the client
We maintain full transparency and will provide a clear breakdown of all costs.
Cancellation After Project Has Started
Clients may cancel a contract at any time, even after work has begun.
In this case, the client will be responsible for:
- Labor and services already completed
- Materials purchased, delivered, or installed
- Any applicable restocking fees
- Costs associated with project demobilization or cancellation
Any remaining unused balance will be refunded accordingly.
Material Orders & Custom Work
Many roofing systems, windows, and specialty materials are custom ordered based on your project.
- Custom or special-order materials may be non-refundable or subject to restocking fees
- We will always communicate material ordering timelines clearly to avoid unexpected costs
